I have been performing for a great many years and I have never seen a presentation this outstanding before. While some aspects (variations) of the "Booked" system idea can be found in a small number of other works, nowhere are they found together, codified, and added to so masterfully.
This is a case of spontaneous discovery on Valentine's part, but, when he was told of earlier workers who had variations, he gave them credit, and, if his predecessors were giants, he has climbed on their shoulders. I believe that Valentine has achieved greatness with this work, and he deserves to be recognized for it.
"Booked" is worth multiples of the cost for which it is offered here. The DVD is one of the most well put-together that I have seen, which is not strange considering Valentine?s years in front of the camera. It contains material that he could easily have put into companion DVDs for additional sales, but chose not to.
"Booked" will influence your future performances and remind you of just why you decided to perform magic ? to give your audience the sense of wonder.
I received "Booked" on February 14 - but whatever day you get your copy will be a happy Valentine's day.
